OUR TESTING STAGES
The fan motors we produce as Merzifon Electro Motor A.Ş are meticulously tested with quality control procedures. The purpose of these tests is to ensure that products meet the highest quality standards and perform to meet customer expectations. A series of tests such as the Glow Wire Flammability Test, Needle Flame Flammability Test, Sps Electrical Safety Tests, LVD Test and Life test are performed to ensure the durability and safety of the fan motors.
In addition, the performance characteristics of fans such as airflow, noise level and energy consumption are analyzed in detail with FDE Fan Characterization Tests. Thus, each fan motor is properly tested to ensure customer satisfaction and product quality at the highest level.
RED WIRE FLAMMABILITY TEST:
In order to control the flammability of plastic materials within the scope of TS EN 60695-2-11 Standards, the glow wire flammability test is applied in our body.
NEEDLE FLAME FLAMMABILITY TEST:
In order to control the flammability of plastic materials within the scope of TS EN 60695-2-2 Standards, needle flame flammability test is applied in our body.
SPS ELECTRICAL SAFETY TESTS:
Electrical safety tests such as Grounding, Leakage Current, High Voltage and Function are applied for each motor produced within the scope of TS EN 60335-1 Standards. Thus, it is ensured that the most accurate and reliable product is delivered to the customer.
LVD LOW VOLTAGE DIRECTIVE TEST:
In order to control the flammability of plastic materials within the scope of TS EN 60695-2-2 Standards, needle flame flammability test is applied in our body.
LIFE TEST:
The conditions that the designed motor is exposed to in the operating environment are created in the oven test device, and we carry out the tests of the motor life.
FDE FAN CHARACTERIZATION TESTS:
The characteristic structure of the motor is created by measuring the pressure, flow and efficiency values of the motor grouped with the product in the fan characterization test device.
